All orders are checked prior to shipment. However, sometimes we can make a mistake. If we have sent the wrong item to you, please get in touch with us at
info@spectrum-pub.com . We will ship you the right product as soon as we get the wrong product back at no additional charge. If we sent you the product that you ordered, but you would like to exchange it for something else, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Exchanges will only incur the shipping cost of the new item that you wanted unless the book has been damaged. If you would like to return a product for any (or no) reason within 5 days of receiving it, there will be a
20% restocking fee as long as the product is not damaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, and all claims for loss or damage during shipping must be filed with the carrier. In order to return products, please follow this procedure: 1. E-mail us at
info@spectrum-pub.com indicating your invoice number , shipping address, items to be returned, and reason for the return. Indicate whether you want a replacement or refund. 2. We will respond with a return authorization (RA) email 3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a copy of the return email that we sent you. Remember to place the RA# on the outside of the package. 4. Once items have been received, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If additional costs are incurred on the return (restocking fee or additional shipping or difference in price between return and new item) it will be charged to your credit card.
